95% of All women wear lipstick.  The average woman buys a lipstick at least 4 times a year!  Apply lipstick inside lipliner, either from the tube or with a lip brush.

Perfect lips start with lipliner.  A liner shapes and defines your lips before you colour them.

Draw a smooth line from the center of the top lip to the corner and repeat on the other side.  Draw a smooth line from corner to corner of the bottom lip.  Follow with lipstick.

Keep your lipliner as close as possible to your lipstick shade!
